GHIZZONI. -
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of the Interior.
- To know - given that:
the Italian Union of shooting (ISSF) is a national public body under the supervision of the Ministry of Defence, under Royal Decree-Law of 16 December 1935, No 2430, ratified by Law 4 June 1936, No 1143, amended;
the UITS been included, in Annex A of the Law 244, 2007 (financial 2008), among the bodies to transform, reorganize or abolish;
the Government, based on the criteria set out in paragraph 634 of Law No 244, 2007, has expressed a willingness to reorganize that body;
activities of the ISSF shooting sections are held at the National Shooting (TSN) and are subject to the supervisory bodies of the Ministry of the Interior, to April 18, 1975 under Law No 110 and amended;
Defence Minister ratified by decree on 15 April 2009, the new governing body of the Union Italian shooting (ISSF), confirming the presidency for the second term, Eng. Ernfried Obrist was born in Stuttgart, Germany, but living in Alto Adige in the town of Caldaro;
April 25, 2009, the day of celebration of 64 or
anniversary of the liberation of Nazi-fascist Italy occupation, the President of UITS, accompanied by Congressman Richard Finokki, went to visit the section of the National Shooting Sant'Arcangelo di Romagna, which held a shooting contest to coincide with the anniversary of Liberation;
during that event would occur, according to some militants dell'UITS, a regrettable episode, related to the person of the President of the institution, which would have been repeatedly photographed, smiling and apparently enjoyed it, surrounded by men with guns and dressed in uniforms belonging to the 'Waffen SS', the infamous German occupation troops, authors during the Second World War in appalling and inhuman massacres against the Italian population;
not have more information about the nature of the event organized by section TSN Sant'Arcangelo di Romagna or arrangements for holding the same, this
meeting may have had character 'folk', with the presence of members in historical military uniforms, but is incomprehensible and offensive that has been allowed to wear the uniform of a military known for its ferocity and that President dell'UITS, if the facts described are found, has not felt the inappropriateness of his presence, just in a day by 'enormous symbolic value for our country;
the incident that occurred the same day the Minister of Defence, accompanied the President of the Republic, before the highest authorities of the State, to make the solemn homage to the shrine of Unknown Soldier at the Altare della Patria in Rome -: GHIZZONI. -
